The phone system and the customer record, in one place.
Your team answers calls in a browser. Every call, recording, voicemail, text and email lands on the customer it belongs to — so the next person to pick up already knows what happened last time.

What it does
A phone system for a business where the phone matters — one that knows who is calling and what you said to them last time.
Answer, transfer and hold in the browser
Your team takes calls from a tab. No handsets to buy, no software to install on every desk, and somebody working from home works the same way as somebody at a desk.
Menus, queues and opening hours
Build the path a caller takes — press 1 for accounts, hold for the next person, go to voicemail after hours. Working hours follow your actual roster, including public holidays for your state.
Every call against the customer
Calls, recordings, voicemail, SMS and email sit on the customer record, so the next person to pick up the phone can see what happened last time without asking around.
See the floor as it happens
Who is on a call, who is free, who is waiting and for how long. Supervisors can listen in, coach an agent so only they can hear, or join the call outright.
Recordings you control
Record everything or nothing, tell callers you are doing it, and keep recordings for exactly as long as you have decided to — not as long as somebody else decided for you.
Reporting that says what it counts
Run a report on screen or have it emailed on a schedule. Each one states which calls it includes and which it leaves out, so two screens cannot quietly disagree.
And the bit most people forget
Software on its own does not answer a phone. The numbers, the connection and somebody who picks up when it goes wrong all have to come from somewhere.
The lines behind it
Numbers, porting your existing ones across, and the internet connection it all runs over. One supplier for the phone system and the service under it.
Set up for how you work
We build the menus, queues, hours and reports with you rather than handing over an empty system and a manual.
Support from people who built it
When something is wrong you are not raising a ticket with a vendor overseas. We wrote it, we run it, and we answer the phone.
What it costs
A monthly fee for the system and the server it runs on, sized to your team, plus $5.00 a month for each agent using it. Calls and messages are charged at the same rate card whatever size you are.
